What is Kintla Yoga?
 
A heart-centered, choice-driven yoga practice rooted in ancient yogic traditions and mindfulness meditation techniques
blended together in a safe environment to empower self-directed healing in the student.
 
Kintla Yoga extends an invitation
for students to truly experience the present moment ~ to learn self-care and non-violence (ahimsa) at a deeper level, to reconnect with their own heart, to discover, to experiment, to learn, to grow, to heal, and to feel.
 
General Class Info
 
Classes are for new and returning students. Class time consists of centering/breathing; description and practice of yoga asanas/poses/krias, pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand gestures), and relaxation/meditation.
 
Level:  All abilities. All you need is a willingness and intention to breathe and listen to your body.
Wear clothing that you are able to move in comfortably and
bring a yoga mat.
